About Conswella

Hey there, my name is Conswella Mayberry. I’ a wife, mother of 3 high school students and 1 college student. My life is devoted to my family, career, and dog (MAJOR). I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and educating myself to become a better individual. I believe in personal growth and financial security. I feel that those attributes contribute to my developments as superior agent, individual, and parent.

As your go-to-realtor, I’m enthusiastic about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process while proving and exceptional level of customer service. I know buying and selling a home can become a stressful process and as your realtor I strive to make that process not only stress-free, but exciting as well. My real passion is to teach people how to invest in real estate and create wealth.

I graduated with bachelor’s degree in Management and later received a Master’s in Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Strayer University under the Jack Welch Leadership program. I have been a small business owner for the past 22 years and joined the real estate profession in 2016. I also currently have my brokers licenses.

As an up-and-coming agent I’m passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process while providing an excellent level of customer service. I know buying or selling a home can become stressful process and as a realtor I strive to make that process not only stress-free, but exciting as well.

I am a Kansas City native and understand the real estate market and the benefits of living in the Midwest. While one of our drawbacks in the Midwest is unpredictable weather, we make up for that in having a diverse and family friendly culture, while maintain an affordable cost of living.
